There is no limit to the benefits that will come from getting more exercise but not everyone was born wanting to run a mile everyday or wanting to push themselves to climb a mountain. Some people need a little more persuasion in order to be pushed into exercising.
Of course, one of the benefits of exercising more is that you will be in better shape which will boost your self-confidence. Many people who exercise also notice that they find themselves not wanting to eat unhealthy food after working out because they do not was to reverse all the work they did earlier. Exercising and eating better go hand in hand to promote better health.
Exercise will also help to protect your body from injuries. When you exercise regularly many muscles are being strengthened. For instance, if you run, not only are you building cardio endurance but you will also be building up muscles in your legs, thighs, back and abs. The more exercises that you do and the more muscle groups that you are working, the more you are protecting yourself. Muscle helps to protect the body from injuries because muscles help to strengthen joints and bones.
The more you exercise earlier in life, the better your health will be later in life. Not only will your body be stronger and healthier but you will also be less likely to develop cancer and other illnesses like high blood pressure. You will also be less likely to develop weight related disease because exercising can help you lose weight as well as maintain a healthy weight.
